We are looking for a CICD Manager for a new project likely to yield high visibility, and would like to consider only down-to-earth and well-experienced players. The CiCd Manager is responsible for the establishment and implementation of the frameworks to be used to achieve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. What you ll do: Strive to implement automation whenever possible so that most of the testing is automated and orchestrated by Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins. This individual will work with technical management and delivery teams in order to identify the most significant pain points and areas where greatest opportunity exist, then will act to ensure that a working plan is created to improve those areas. Act as a focal point to ensure that all appropriate tools and mechanisms are properly documented and shared with others, so that all teams may benefit from the ongoing efforts of CiCd. They will also work on hiring and managing team members for DevOps, updating documentation for senior management, and ensuring that quality is achieved at every level while implementing continuous integration and delivery. What you bring to the table: BSdegree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience 7+ years work experience in software development, tooling, operational amd QA skills 3+ years of experience building and leading successful software development teams in extremely fast-paced environments, in an agile environment Experience working in Agile/Scrum process Mobile experience is a plus (iOS, Android and/or hybrid) Experience integrating with SaaS applications is a plus Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
