Estimator Associate
Our Estimator Associates play a critical role in our Claims Service Centers, where customers benefit from one:stop claims service. In this role, you will estimate, identify and analyze the physical damage to customers vehicles, primarily focusing on damage to the core support, air conditioning and cooling, total losses and minor unibody damage.
As a member of our Claims team, youll receive in:depth, paid training to feel confident providing our customers with top:notch service. In addition, youll have the support of a collaborative team, which includes continued development and coaching.

Duties and Responsibilities:
:li/: Inspects damaged vehicles and writes estimates
:li/: Identifies related and unrelated damage (prior damage)
:li/: Makes total loss determinations and establishes total loss evaluations
:li/: Providing service to customers in our Service Centers which includes providing vehicle repair updates and setting expectations during the repair process
Qualifications:
:li/: Bachelors degree or a combined total of five years of work experience and/or college education
:li/: Work or educational experience must include:
o Making decisions
o Solving problems
o Planning, prioritizing and organizing
o Effectively communicating verbally and in writing
o Customer service
:li/: Valid drivers license
