Job Responsibilities
Consult with clients about the local real estate market, home values and comparable home sales in their area
Take clients on home tours and open houses and keep track of their needs and desires in a home
Manage the entire real estate transaction process from mutual acceptance to negotiating contract terms
Follow up with both active and inactive clients and offer consultation services as needed
Create marketing materials to advertise your consultant services
