Job Description A Real Estate Financial Analytics Consultant is commonly called a real estate agent. As a consultant, you will help clients through all facets of a real estate transaction including the financial aspects of pricing their home for sale and analyzing the value of a home to potentially purchase. Selling and buying real estate is a complicated and overwhelming process, so clients are in need of financial analytics consultants to help them price and purchase their home at a competitive value. Job Responsibilities Understand the local real estate climate and analyze comparable home sales in your area Negotiate with fellow real estate agents on behalf of your client to reach a favorable deal for the purchase and/or sale of a home Attend real estate showings and open houses with your clients Consult with clients throughout the negotiation process of reaching mutual acceptance on a home Communicate promptly and regularly with clients about their real estate needs About John L.
