As a Revenue Operations Training Instructor your responsibilities will include: * Train, coach, and mentor new and existing teammates on Revenue Operations functions and processes * Work with the curriculum development team with the development of training materials to enhance existing topics and improve overall quality * Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills * Proactively identify and lead training projects to support department and/or company growth * Research and identify new training topics to support teammate growth * Maintain current knowledge of new and changing processes, procedures, system enhancements, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements that impact Revenue Operations Here is what you can expect when you join our Village: * A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter. * Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average. * Award-winning education and training across multiple career paths to help you reach your potential. * Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions. * A comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, your financial well-being and your future. * Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation. * High school diploma or equivalent required * Bachelor's degree in related area preferred or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in related area may be substituted in lieu of degree on a year-for-year basis * Minimum of three (3) years' experience in training adult learners required or minimum of 3 years' experience in Revenue Operations processes and procedures required with demonstrated ability to present in a group setting * Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory * Experience in the development and presentation of skill-based, operational training programs required * Experience in instructional design preferred * Training or coaching certifications preferred * Demonstrated project management and leadership experience required * Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required; basic proficiency in Access preferred. Experience with rapid e-learning authoring tools, such as Adobe eLearning Suite (including Captivate, Flash, Photoshop, etc.) a plus!
