400. NEED a room to rent ASAP in Tacoma, Washington For Sale

21 years old. My name is Chris. Im looking for a quiet room too rent preferably in a place with a backyard or that allows dogs. I need too build some renter history as well as have a decent priced rent so I can save enough money too move into my own apartment. I work 2 jobs so I will really only be there too sleep and relax on my days off.i have a 2 year old daughter as well who will be spending every other night with me or every other week. That is still up in the air. Need too be out of where I'm at by next Friday the 24th of July.
