Nea is a purebred toy poodle. She was bought by a puppy mill breeder that kept her in a cage her whole short life until she came into heat for the first time. Still just a puppy herself she was bred on her first heat cycle and not understanding what to do she lost her puppies. Bred the next heat cycle again the same thing happened so the puppy mill breeder got rid of her as she couldn't make him money.
