Looking for playful black kitty to love in Tacoma, Washington For Sale

My roommate took off, leaving me to pay his past due pet deposit without the reward of keeping the cat. Now that there's a gap opened up, I would love to offer the space to a kitty in need. I have a 5 year old neutered male who is very energetic and playful, so the extra I take on may have to be bold or I would be concerned about her being unhappy. I would prefer a female with medium or long black fur, but for the right personality I could pass on appearance. As for her age, I would prefer a kitten or young adult cat so it may be easier for them to bond. I'm unconcerned about whether she's spayed or not, I can take care of basic veterinary needs, plus I live in an apartment and both cats are kept inside.
Any cat I take will be kept current on shots, showered in toys and good food, have free run of the apartment, and be loved dearly by my husband and myself.
